What you’ll find on this website

With over 80 different recorded species this website provides individual articles on each of these amazing marine mammals and gives a full overview of the physical appearance, diet, habitat, social structure, mating habits and potential threats these cetaceans face on a daily basis.

In addition to offering information on cetaceans you can also find articles on other marine mammals such as seals, sea lions, walruses and polar bears as well as content on marine animals such as seabirds, fish, squid, octopus and sharks.

While the homepage may not always be designed to show additional content/categories it may be worth checking out to see if there is any new information that can help you navigate this website or obtain the latest news.

What you won’t find on this website

This website is dedicated to providing users with information on aquatic animals, cetaceans and other marine mammals.

Although we may write content on other topics or animals from time to time we primarily focus on the aquatic world.

Due to the current nature of our website and our dedication to writing about marine mammals we will not be able to focus much of our attention on animals that are not related to living an oceanic lifestyle unless it relates to marine mammals in one way or another.

An example of an extended article we may write about would include an animal that either hunts or is hunted by a marine mammal or an animal that interacts with marine life or plays a role in the oceans ecosystem.
